We understand that planning your dream bathroom can be stressful and can trigger a lot of questions. We have taken some time to collate several frequently asked questions from our customers to help you.

Does it matter which tiles I choose?

Unless stated otherwise our charge for tiling is based on one large tile design (300x600mm) if you are looking to have metro tiles or feature walls etc please get in touch as there will be an additional charge for this service.


What if I need to change something?

If you plan on changing something with your project please contact us as soon as possible, we will then be able to advise of any changes to timing or charges. We reserve the right to reject any changes that are not put to us in a timely manner before the project start date.


When should I order my suite?

We advise planning and ordering as soon as possible, we request that all items for the project are at your property on the date we start.


When will the skip arrive?

Usually, the skip will arrive on the first day of the project, if you have a specific request for a location please get in touch with us in advance to arrange this.


What days do we work?

Usually, Monday-Saturday from 8:30 – 6:00 pm, if you need us to work around certain appointments please let us know in advance.


What do I need to do before you arrive?

It is always best to clear the room, removing all decorative items and toiletries.


What should I do when my suite arrives?

Please ensure that you check everything has arrived, unpackaging it to check for damages or mistakes. This will avoid delays later down the line.


When can I expect to hear from you after confirming my booking?

We will contact you 1-2 weeks before your start date, to confirm timings and any other details. We, however, encourage you to contact us whenever if you have any questions or changes to the scheduled work.
